We hate to admit it, but sometimes things are beyond our control. Therefore, orders will be filled based on availability and all orders will be completed as soon as possible.
SUBSTITUTIONS
On occasion we may substitute another item of equal or greater value to assure your gift arrives on time. We may also substitute a product of equal or greater value for chocolate components during warm weather.

All orders are shipped Federal Express Ground (unless 2-day or standard overnight service is requested) and are processed and shipped promptly (we will notify you of any delay).
Note: Rates apply if all items are shipped to one address. If we are shipping to two or more addresses, rates apply for each address.

Important: We ship FedEx within the continental U.S. Because FedEx does not deliver to post office boxes we need a street address, or if using a rural route number, a complete address and the nearest crossroad.
Express Delivery Available: 2-Day delivery add $15.00 to regular shipping and handling charges. Next-Day delivery add $30.00 to regular shipping and handling charges, and add an additional $10.00 for Saturday delivery. Express deliveries must be received by 12:00 noon MST.
Method of Payment: We accept checks, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Sorry C.O.D.s and cash are not accepted. Please make checks payable to El Paso Chile Company.
